This policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that Twiffo does not own or control, including but not limited to third party services you access though Twiffo, or to individuals that Twiffo does not employ or manage.
When you create or refresh your Twiffo account, we will connect to your Twitter account and retrieve your profile information such as your user id and username, url to your profile avatar and background image, text and link color setting, and timezone information to store them locally with us.
Since we use OAuth to access your Twitter account you do not need to provide us your Twitter password.
Important! Your privacy setting on Twitter are not reflected on Twiffo. If you have set your account on Twitter to be protected it does not mean your posts submitted on Twiffo will be protected. Anyone that have access to the direct url to your post will be able to view it.
Our servers automatically record information ("Log Data") created by your use of the Services. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, the referring domain and pages visited. Other actions, such as interactions with advertisements, may also be included in Log Data.

We may disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect Twiffo's rights or property.
